
GSP RESPONDS TO FATAL ATV ACCIDENT IN PLAINVILLE SUNDAY AFTERNOON: The Georgia State Patrol has released information on a fatal ATV accident that occurred Sunday afternoon in Plainville.
According to the motor vehicle report, around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 30, 2025, a 2019 Can-Am Maverick X3 Max ATV was traveling west on private property in the 3000 block of Rome Road. The driver was doing donuts and lost control of the vehicle, overturning. The driver, identified as 24-year-old Jonathan Rivas Reyna, of the private address, was transported to Atrium Health Floyd, where he succumbed to his injuries.
